About Us
St. George Commercial Finance Brokers Ltd. is registered in England and Wales, offering tailored mortgage and finance solutions for residential, buy-to-let, commercial, and specialist property financing. We operate as an independent broker, enabling access to a broad range of mortgage products across the market, including from private banks and specialist lenders.
How We Act for You
We offer an independent “whole of market” mortgage advisory service. Our recommendations are based on a thorough understanding of your personal circumstances and financial objectives. We will always confirm our advice in writing and clearly outline why a particular solution suits your needs.
If a suitable product is only available through direct application to a lender (i.e., not accessible via intermediaries), we will inform you accordingly and provide any relevant information, although you will need to approach such lenders directly.
Details of the products we recommend, our advice process, and fee structure are explained in our Key Facts Initial Disclosure Document, provided prior to engagement.
Mode of Communication
We communicate via telephone, email, or other digital means convenient to both parties. We may also meet face-to-face if your case requires a more detailed discussion or identity verification.
Unless you notify us otherwise, we may occasionally contact you to inform you about additional products or services relevant to your needs.
Instructions and Termination
You or we may terminate our relationship at any time without penalty, by providing written notice. Termination takes effect upon receipt and does not affect transactions already underway, which will be completed under these terms.
You will be liable for any charges incurred before termination and any fees due.
If we are unable to support your mortgage requirements directly, we may, with your permission, refer you to a trusted third-party adviser who is also FCA regulated.
Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal data will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with UK data protection laws. We use this information to offer appropriate services, fulfill legal obligations, and improve our customer experience.
Data may be shared with our partners, lenders, regulators (such as the FCA), and professional advisors when necessary and lawful.
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you. A small fee may apply as per statutory guidelines. If you wish to stop receiving marketing communications or have your data removed, please contact our Data Protection Officer at akram@stgeorgecommercial.co.uk.
Verifying Your Identity
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, we are required to verify your identity, understand the nature of our business relationship, and ensure your information is kept current. We may conduct electronic verification checks at various stages of our relationship.
Client Money
St. George Commercial Finance Brokers Ltd. does not handle client money. We will not accept payments made directly to us unless it is for fees as invoiced. We do not accept cash under any circumstances.

All content provided on our website or through our advisors is intended to be accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant or guarantee that all information is error-free or complete. We recommend seeking professional verification before making financial decisions.
